I don’t think our society of the last 50 years, has been subjected to so many mental and emotional problems as we are seeing currently
With all that’s happened in the world and our country over the last 2 years, we need to be more resilient in looking after our mental and emotional health.
What is the difference between mental and emotional health?
Emotional health is the ability to cope with and manage emotions. It’s also the ability to have positive relationships. Mental health is the ability to think clearly and make good decisions. It’s also the ability to cope with stress and manage emotions.
